The rooms at Verdant Villa are from 20 to 26 square meters and the monthly rents are:
- ฿6,500 - large room with kitchen and fridge
- ฿5,500 - standard room with kitchen and fridge
The daily rate is B500 which includes cable TV and swimming pool. WiFi available for B800 per month
The houses at Chok Chai 4 and Chok Chai Garden Home rent for B12,000 per month and B1,200 per day including cable TV and swimming pool. Broadband available on request; price varies with speed.

All our rooms and houses are air-conditioned and fully furnished. The bottled-gas stoves have two rings and extractor fans. All accomodation has cable TV, use of swimming pool, housekeeping and laundry service as optional extras. Two of the townhouses have second bathrooms making them suitable for two couples or a family. We also have fresh water wells at the Villa and the houses. All houses are equipped with additional water tanks to cover times when the municipal supply dries up. Verdant villa is now equipped with a central water filtration vending unit so you don't have to bring in bottled water plus you save money over convenience store prices.
Verdant Villa has two Linksys Wireless Access Points to our 512 ADSL line if you want WiFi Internet in your own room (B800 per month). If you need to be totally wired, we can supply a dedicated ADSL line in either your room or townhouse from one of the local phone companies for B2,500 - B3,000 per month depending on your bandwidth needs.
Verdant Villa is popular with eBay sellers not just because of the low-cost broadband but also because there are reliable shipping services nearby that save queuing in the post office. And there's plenty of quick, cheap transport to the markets of Bangkok to source the items for sale on the 'Net. The Pattaya bypass now runs across Soi Nern Plab Wan giving easier access to the motorway and reducing the trip from Bangkok Airport to just one hour.
Verdant Villa is in a safe neighbourhood and we keep you safer still with a night guard, bars on the windows and CCTV video surveillance.
