Verdant Villa is at 24/4 Soi Nern Plab Wan, Soi Mapyailia 17. Soi Nern Plab Wan is the easterly extension of Pattaya Klang.

Coming out of the FoodLand parking lot, turn left on Pattaya Klang and go 400m to Sukhumvit Road. Turn left on Sukhumvit and immediately right at the traffic light after 20m. You are now on Soi Nern Plab Wan. Go 1.5km and you will see a police box on your left (next to a flashing red light). You'll then pass a school on your left and see a Family Minimart immediately on your left. That's Soi Mapyailia 17. Verdant Villa is 50m into the Soi on the left. Look for the bright green roof.

Coming from Pattaya Nua on Sukhumvit Road. Turn left at the 7-11 just before the Pattaya Klang pedestrian overpass then see the directions above. Coming from Pattaya Tai on Sukhumvit Road, turn right at the red light 20m after Pattaya Klang and follow the above directions for coming from Pattaya Klang. Chok Chai Village 4 is 20m further along Soi Nern Plab Wan on the right.

Chok Chai Garden Village is the same distance as Chok Chai 4 into Soi Khao Noi, the large Soi immediately to the south of Soi Nern Plab Wan.
